Scott Dill is a Member in the Business Department in Sherman & Howard's Denver office. His practice focuses on general corporate matters; mergers and acquisitions; and securities regulation and compliance. Scott joined Sherman & Howard in 2005. He received his law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2002. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina in 1996. Kathleen Johnson is a Member in the Tax and Probate Department in Sherman & Howard's Denver office. Her practice focuses on wealth transfer and tax planning; the administration of trusts and estates; and the establishment of charitable organizations. Kathleen joined Sherman & Howard in 2006. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006, her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2001, and her BA from Loyola College in Maryland in 1997.
