During the first half of 2008 the Firm acted as Bond Counsel, Competitive Sales on 14 deals, ranking 1st in the country (up from the Firm's 4th place ranking in the second quarter of 2007); as Bond Counsel, All Types on 58 deals, ranking 10th in the country (up from the Firm's 13th place ranking in the second quarter of 2007); and as Disclosure Counsel on 28 deals, ranking 6th in the country (up from the Firm's 10th place ranking in the second quarter of 2007).
