Siebert, Volin and Williams Inducted Into the Litigation Counsel of AmericaDecember 8, 2008 Denver, CO - Sherman & Howard attorneys W.V. Bernie Siebert, Andrew W. Volin and Mark W. Williams were inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA) this year. Mr. Siebert was inducted into the LCA earlier this year. Mr. Volin and Mr. Williams were inducted on October 30, 2008 at the LCA's Fall Conference and Induction of Fellows in held in Napa Valley, California. W.V. Bernie Siebert has practiced law for more than 30 years, representing clients in labor and employment law matters. Mr. Siebert served as editor in chief of the 2008 and 2007 Supplements to The Developing Labor Law treatise. He is a Fellow in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers and is listed in Best Lawyers and Chambers USA. Mr. Siebert received his bachelor's degree and his law degree from the University of Nebraska. Andrew Volin has practiced law for nearly 20 years, representing management exclusively in labor and employment disputes as well as in commercial litigation matters. He is the former co-chair of the Labor and Employment section of the Colorado Bar Association. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member at University of Denver Sturm College of Law and as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Colorado School of Law. He was editor of HR Specialist Colorado Employment Law and also has been a contributing author to The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Employment Law and the Senior Law Handbook. He received his law degree and undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia. Mr. Williams has practiced trial law for more than 23 years, representing clients in a wide range of matters in the corporate, financial services and telecommunications areas. He also acts as regional counsel for Fortune 500 companies. He is a member of the Commercial Panel of Neutrals of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Williams received his law degree from The University of North Carolina School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Colorado College.
