Sherman & Howard Hires Michael Grubbs
as New Labor & Employment Associate

Sherman & Howard L.L.C. is pleased to announce that Michael C. Grubbs has joined the Firm's Phoenix, Arizona office as a new Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice Group. His practice will focus on labor arbitrations, union negotiations, and management advice, as well as defense of employment claims before the EEOC, Arizona Civil Rights Division, Arizona state courts and federal courts.

Mr. Grubbs received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2005, where he made the Dean's List and served as a Staff Writer for the Arizona Law Review. He received his Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Utah State University in 2001.

Prior to joining Sherman & Howard, Mr. Grubbs was with the Phoenix insurance coverage and civil litigation firm of Kunz Plitt Hyland Demlong and Kleifield.
