Brent Westrop Joins Sherman & Howard

Denver - Sherman & Howard announces that Brent Westrop has joined the firm's Denver office as an associate in the Business Practice.

Mr. Westrop brings to Sherman & Howard more than five years of experience in corporate law, having worked previously for the law firms of Ropes & Gray in New York City and Shearman & Sterling in Toronto. He also has overseen legal, compliance and risk management issues for a private financial institution headquartered in New York City. He earned his Masters of Law from the University of Cambridge in Cambridge, United Kingdom. He received his law degree from Osgood Hall Law School in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He received his bachelor's degree from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada.
