Sherman & Howard’s Vail Office Adds Estate Planning Services
VAIL (April 25, 2011) - Sherman & Howard announces that Kate Johnson, a member in the Firm's Tax and Probate Department, has begun providing wealth transfer and tax planning services in the Firm's Vail office, splitting her time between that office and the Firm's Denver office. She will be working with Vail-based attorneys Jim Wear, Rick Travers and Wendy St. Charles. Kate Johnson's practice focuses on wealth transfer and tax planning; the administration of trusts and estates; and the establishment of charitable organizations. She joined Sherman & Howard in 2006. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006, her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2001, and her bachelor's degree from Loyola College in Maryland in 1997.
