Kate Johnson Joins Board of RedLineApril 27, 2011 (Denver) - Sherman & Howard's Kate Johnson has been named to the Board of Directors of Denver's RedLine, a non-profit urban arts center. Ms. Johnson also serves the Board as Secretary. Ms. Johnson is a Member in the Tax and Probate Department in Sherman & Howard's Denver office. Her practice focuses on wealth transfer and tax planning; the administration of trusts and estates; and the establishment of charitable organizations. Kate joined Sherman & Howard in 2006. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2006, her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2001, and her BA from Loyola College in Maryland in 1997.
