Kristi Anderson Wells Welcomed as Employee Benefits Attorney

Sherman & Howard L.L.C. is pleased to announce the June 16 addition of Attorney Kristi Anderson Wells to its office in Denver, Colorado.

Ms. Wells joins Sherman & Howard's Tax & Probate Group as Counsel, and will focus her practice on Executive Compensation, Employee Benefits, ERISA and Taxation. Prior to joining Sherman & Howard, Ms. Wells practiced at firms in Seattle and Denver. She has published extensively in her areas of specialization, and acts as a tax commentator on NPR's Morning Edition. She earned her LL.M. from the University of Washington School of Law in 1998, her Juris Doctor from the University of Washington School of Law in 1997, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington, Seattle, in 1994
