Stan Raine Joins Art Students League of Denver Board of Directors

October 30, 2012 (Denver) - Sherman & Howard's Stan Raine has been named to the Board of Directors of The Art Students League of Denver, an inclusive and inspiring art community where members of all abilities are guided by professional artists to reach their highest potential.

Mr. Raine is a Member in the Public Finance Department in Sherman & Howard's Denver office. His practice focuses on bond counsel work, specifically on complex revenue and project-based financings, including single and multi-family housing revenues, utility revenues, general airport revenues, passenger facility charges and jet aviation fuel revenues, among others. Stan joined Sherman & Howard in 1978. He received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania.
