Hope Leibsohn Joins Sherman & Howard

Scottsdale, January 24, 2011 - Sherman & Howard announces that Hope Leibsohn, formerly a partner with Lewis and Roca, has joined the Wealth Transfer and Tax Planning practice of Sherman & Howard as a member in the Scottsdale office. Ms. Leibsohn has counseled clients on estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning matters for approximately 22 years, focusing on the transfer of wealth through a variety of sophisticated strategies. Her mission in designing estate planning documents is based not only on tax planning strategies, but also on incorporating each client's unique family dynamics and core life values. A significant aspect of Ms. Leibsohn's estate planning practice involves various charitable planned giving techniques. Her dedication to charitable endeavors through her service on various charitable boards and government committee reflects her personal motto of "How best may I serve."

Ms. Leibsohn is a Certified Estate and Trust Law Specialist, having received this distinction through the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. She earned her law degree in 1986 from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law, where she graduated at the top of her class and was elected to Order of the Coif. She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona in 1983.
