Sherman & Howard Associates’ 2009 Support of Legal Aid Foundation Recognized
July 29, 2009 - Sherman & Howard's Colorado associates contributed to the Legal Aid Foundation the highest per capital level of support of any Denver law firm of more than 30 associates. Approximately 2/3 of the firm's 33 Colorado associates participated in the Foundation's 2009 Associate Campaign which raised approximately $30,000 to support legal services for low-income people. They were recognized, along with all of the firms who supported the campaign, at the Legal Aid Foundation Board of Trustees meeting on July 15 at the Colorado Bar Association's offices. Sherman & Howard Attorneys Haley Burton and Angela Gasperini coordinated the Firm's participation in the campaign. Attorneys Chuck Newcom and Steve Brett sit on the Legal Aid Foundation's Board.
