Cage Williams Attorneys Join Sherman & Howard

Denver's Oldest Law Firm Now Boasts More Than 160 Attorneys
Opens Sixth Office in Steamboat Springs, Colorado

Denver, CO-Sherman & Howard L.L.C., Denver's oldest and third-largest law firm, announced today that 14 attorneys and 12 staff have joined the firm from Cage Williams, PC, a leading Denver-based law firm. The move brings a sixth office, located in Steamboat Springs, CO, and helmed by attorney Alan Keeffe, to Sherman & Howard's existing operations in Colorado, Nevada and Arizona.

Sanchez said discussions about a possible combination began in early December of 2006.

The addition of these attorneys brings Sherman & Howard's current total to 163.
