Sherman & Howard's Estate Planning and Administration Group Welcomes New Associate Kathleen Johnson

On December 1^st, Kathleen Johnson joined the firm’s Tax & Probate Department as an estate planning associate. Her practice will focus on estate planning, probate administration, and federal and state tax planning for individuals, corporations, partnerships and charitable organizations. Following four years of practice with Coudert Brothers LLP in New York, Kate most recently practiced in the New York office of Baker & McKenzie LLP. Kate received her JD from Brooklyn Law School in 2001 and her LL.M. from NYU in 2006.
