Rebecca Fischer Appointed to Real Estate/Land Use Advisory Panel

Philadelphia - March 24, 2006 - Rebecca A. Fischer of Sherman & Howard L.L.C., Denver, has been selected to serve on the prestigious Real Estate/Land Use Advisory Panel of the American Law Institute-American Bar Association (commonly known as the ALI-ABA). She is one of only 11 attorneys and judges across the nation selected for this position.

Located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and founded close to 60 years ago, ALI-ABA provides post-admission education for the legal profession. ALI-ABA is dedicated to keeping the legal community abreast of current developments and providing practitioners with the resources necessary to enhance their practices.

ALI-ABA Advisory Panels lend their expertise to developing new and enhanced ALI-ABA projects, courses, publications and other ALI-ABA services and products. Drawn from throughout the country, members of the panels are known for their experience and in-depth knowledge of the law. In selecting members of the Real Estate/Land Use Advisory Panel, ALI-ABA sought to include assorted perspectives, including representatives of private law practice, academe, the judiciary, in-house counsel and government service.
