Sherman & Howard's labor and employment law attorneys represent management on all matters and disputes involving labor and employment law. When a claim arises nonetheless, we aggressively represent our clients, working with them to develop a solution that will both minimize costs and exposure and maximize the likelihood of success. Members of this group are licensed to practice in the federal courts and in 13 states, appear in other states on a pro hac vice basis, and often represent management before federal, state and local administrative agencies.
